Soul Stroll

Starting on October 07, 2018 9:00 am

This was a beautiful meditative and mindful experience. During the first half of the 3 hour hike we were guided to pay attention on the different sensory levels. Feeling, touching, listening, seeing, even tasting, heightened my awareness of the beauty of my surroundings. I especially enjoyed sharing silence with the group as we really took in spectacular views of ancient trees, steep rock and cliffs, and the stunning turquoise waters of Georgian Bay. Lynda Lemmon
